Novel
By Tom Stanley

Read the written words,
Look for  meanings hidden,
Hidden in plain sight,
deep between the lines.
Past text or context,
The vision of reality,
Wisdom shared,
With those who accept it freely.
Time has no meaning,
To the reader absorbed,
Lost in the pages,
Carefully crafted pages.
Wordsmiths and magic,
Of lore and days,
Years long past,
Create visions of life as it once was.
Fact and fiction,
Equal, now delivered,
As the words within the bindings,
The power, a single pen stroke.
