Some of the content is being kept on the forum server due to legality reasons. By keeping it off the main site, it keeps most advertisers happy and allows simple removal access if needed. We don't want the site shut down because of what was submitted on the site. Plus, it is easier for people to comment on the uploads to the forum incase anyone has a problem with it.
